Below are the questions you should ask when trying to convert buyer leads:

  • Who am I talking to?
  • How did you hear about the house?
  • Is that a price range you are looking to be in?
  • Are you working with an agent?
  • How many bedrooms & bathrooms are you looking for?
  • How long have you been looking?
  • If everything went as planned, how soon would you like to be in your new home?
  • Do you own a home you need to sell before you purchase your next one?
  • If a renter:  Are you on a lease or month-to-month?
  • Discuss the efficiency of working with a real estate agent.
