- Who am I talking to?
- How did you hear about the house?
- Is that a price range you are looking to be in?
- Are you working with an agent?
- How many bedrooms & bathrooms are you looking for?
- How long have you been looking?
- If everything went as planned, how soon would you like to be in your new home?
- Do you own a home you need to sell before you purchase your next one?
- If a renter: Are you on a lease or month-to-month?
- Discuss the efficiency of working with a real estate agent.
