• Instrumental in assisting Brenda Richterkessing, Team Leader, in becoming the #3 Individual Producing Agent in 2007 out of 300 agents in the Keller Williams Realty - First Atlanta office achieving a total production volume of $8.4M+ and gross commission income (GCI) of $263K.
• Developed strategies to increase total GCI by 63% resulting in an increase in total production volume of 2.7M.
